{ runtime for humans + agents }
One core, two surfaces.
Every action - human or agent - written to the same immutable record, through the same authorization. Agents work across apps through MCP, custom URLs and relay.
Duplicate invoice - matches INV-4471 paid 12 days ago.
Agentic Enterprise
Agentic systems for every business function.
The verticals your business runs on - each one a record people and agents operate together.

Platform + Runtime
The agentic platform, and the runtime they run on.
Platform
Runtime
Arin
Autonomous operationsArin runs the routine work and surfaces only the exceptions - each one arrives as a pre-prepared decision you approve or reject. Every action it takes is scoped to what you allow, and written to an audit trail.
The whole flow
Agents that work across apps.
MCP exposes what an app can do. Custom URLs hand work to installed apps, and the relay connects events and results across apps and devices. An agent can coordinate the steps while each app owns its part of the work.
Runtime - Arth / Detir / WAID / KilneOS
App to app. Agent to app.
A workflow can start in one app, ask another to perform an action and return with a result. Connected apps register the actions and handoffs they support.
01 / Custom URLs
Hand work to the right app.
An agent or another app can launch a registered action through the target app’s custom URL scheme. The operating system opens the installed app to handle the request.
02 / Relay
Carry the work between apps.
The relay holds the event behind a handoff. A receiving app uses the event reference to fetch its payload; push or polling can bring relay events to connected devices.
03 / Results
Bring the outcome back.
The receiving app reports success or failure. Correlated results let the calling app or agent continue the workflow, or surface the next decision for a user.
For relay-backed handoffs, the URL carries an event reference. The receiving app retrieves the payload through authenticated relay access; opening a URL alone does not authorize the action.
Use cases
Discover how the Splenta AI stack helps enterprises.
See what changes when Platform agents operate your systems of record - across Procurement, Retail, Warehousing, Asset Management, Finance and Healthcare, function by function.

Procurement · SCMArin
Keep purchase orders moving without rubber-stamping them
Routine orders advance on their own; only the ones that need judgment reach a person.

Retail · RMSArin
Keep shelves stocked without watching every SKU
Arin monitors stock against reorder points and drafts replenishment orders, surfacing only the judgment calls.

Warehousing · WMSArin
Keep fast-moving locations topped up before they run short
Arin watches replenishment targets and raises top-up requests, escalating to procurement only when the warehouse itself is short.

Asset Management · EAMArin
Move routine requisitions through, escalate only the ones a person should see
Arin advances low-risk asset requisitions and surfaces the ones that need a human decision.

Finance · FMSArin
Turn operational evidence into review-ready draft journals
Arin reconciles fingerprinted operational pulls against draft entries and routes them for a human to post.

Healthcare · HMSArin
Keep the OPD schedule and token queue moving without a coordinator babysitting it
Book against real doctor availability and let a human handle only the clashes.
Secured by ICE
Trust that spans people, agents and apps.
ICE is the single authorization server for the whole stack. Every product validates the same tokens and authorizes on the same scopes - so a person and an agent are held to exactly the same rules.
Shared identity
Every product validates the same ICE-minted tokens - one identity across the whole family.
Traceable actions
Every change, by a person or an agent, is written to an immutable record - no privileged back door.
Consistent permissions
Each action is scoped to exactly what the actor may do, authorized on the same shared scopes.
One core, every screen
The same record, on every surface.
One core, one authorization, one audit trail - rendered natively wherever the work happens. Approve a purchase order at your desk or confirm an agent action from your phone; both land on the same immutable record.
PO-4471
Acme Industrial - Net-30 - raised by Arin
Approve PO-4471 for $18,440? Within the $25k Net-30 policy.
Watch
How agents reach the same operations.
Splenta agents act over the Model Context Protocol - the open standard for calling the exact operations a person uses. Here is the short explainer.

Workbenches built around the work.
One record underneath, many workbenches on top. Here is how procurement, agents, and commerce each read as a real screen.
Approval queue
3 pendingMatches INV-4471 paid 12 days ago - same vendor, same amount, different PO.
Procurement
Approve on the record.
Every purchase order, invoice, and exception lands in one queue - with the evidence already gathered.
Approve or reject in a click, and the decision writes itself to an append-only record.
Release payment to Acme Corp - the exception clears every policy gate.
- policy: dual-approval over $25k met
- 3-way match: PO / GRN / invoice aligned
- vendor risk: low - 0 disputes in 24 mo
Arin
Every decision, pre-reasoned.
Arin reads the context, weighs your policy, and arrives with a recommendation you can trust.
See the reasoning behind every call - then approve or escalate without leaving the card.
500 units - industrial casters, Net-30, deliver by Aug 15.
Retail
Compare offers, then commit.
Put every merchant quote side by side - price, terms, and delivery in one honest view.
Pick the best offer and commit in a single step, with the trail captured end to end.
07 - How it works
From approval to action.
A real request, start to finish. An operator approves the exception, Arin drives the operation over MCP, and the system of record moves state - every hop on the same audit trail.
The same call is available to a person over REST and to an agent over MCP - one operation, two surfaces.
08 - Enterprise & isolation
Your data and your agents, walled off by default.
Every product deploys single-tenant, on dedicated infrastructure per customer. No customer’s data - or AI context - ever touches another’s. For the most conservative teams, run the whole stack self-hosted inside your own VPC, with identity that never leaves it.
