Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This includes designing and executing test plans, reporting and tracking bugs, and collaborating with the development team to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test plans to ensure that software products meet quality standards
– Identify and report software defects, using established processes and tools
– Work closely with developers to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
– Collaborate with other members of the QA team to share knowledge and best practices
– Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to improve overall software quality
– Develop and maintain documentation related to testing activities
– Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and usability

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
– Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
– Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
