Job Title: Finance Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Preparing and submitting invoices
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Managing petty cash and expense claims
- Assisting with financial reporting and budgeting
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Supporting other departments with financial queries and data entry
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
